As a chef de partie, you will independently manage a specific area of the kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and plating dishes in your area in accordance with quality standards and recipes. You will also supervise work processes in your area and instruct subordinate employees.

As a junior chef, you will provide support in various areas of the kitchen. Your main tasks will include preparatory work for the evening service. You will learn from experienced chefs and help to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly.
